i found the hotel very well-located, near many points of interest. the room had excellent toiletries and slippers. the heritage saigon bar proved a spot for sunset drinks. the staff provided really good service from check-in to daily needs.
the rooftop bar music was loud and prevented conversations. the service was shocking with staff sat on a table together ignoring the few guests.

the location was good, situated in a luxury area.
the best days of this hotel are firmly in the past. there is an issue with mold in the building, even though the team are trying to control it with air fresheners. in rooms, the air has a very distinct moldy smell, and even the bedsheets feel slightly damp. i would most certainly not return here.
